In the summer of 2017, we opened our first street food restaurant in Nicosia. After months of search and test-outs, motivated by our genuine love for the Asiatic cuisine, we combined the flavours of the orient with the Mediterranean temperament and uniquely offer them in our own noodle box.
Of course, street food philosophy is all about fast-prepared, cheap and tasty food - and these were our goals right from the beginning. Our customer is given the chance to create his own box in 3 simple steps. The customer selects the ingredients from a rich variety of fresh and healthy products. Sauces, spring rolls and soups are exclusively our recipes.
This concept was soon loved and we currently run 5 restaurants in Cyprus within just 14 months! Our goal is to expand even more in the next six months, with 3 more restaurants.
